You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a refund on any Alexander Golf product. No hoops, no fine print. If it does not work for you, we take it back.
How to request a refund
Email support@alexandergolf.com with:
- Your order number
- The product you want to return
- A brief note on why (helps us improve future products, not required for the refund)
We reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label (US only) or return address instructions (international).
Return process
Pack the product securely, attach the return label or shipping information we provide, and drop it at the carrier location. Once we receive the return, we inspect it and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Condition requirements
To qualify for a full refund, returned products should be in resellable condition. Normal signs of trial use are fine. Products damaged by misuse, modification, or excessive wear beyond normal trial use may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Any customs duties or import fees originally paid are not refundable by us. Refund is issued for the product cost only, minus original shipping if applicable.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product for a different one, contact us at support@alexandergolf.com. We handle exchanges on a case by case basis.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.
