We ship every US order for free.
United States shipping
All US orders ship free with tracking. Delivery time is 3 to 6 business days from dispatch. Orders received before 2pm Mountain Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm dispatch the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery time is typically 7 to 14 business days depending on your country and local customs.
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the recipient responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery.
Order tracking
Every order gets a tracking number emailed at dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact support@alexandergolf.com.
Delivery issues
If a shipment is lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. Standard carrier claim processes apply for lost shipments.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact support@alexandergolf.com within 30 minutes and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
