Shipping policy

We ship every US order for free.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

All US orders ship free with tracking via DHL Expedited from our New Jersey fulfillment center.

Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm dispatch the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please use a physical street address at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Every order receives a tracking number emailed at dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please email info@alexandergolf.com.

PEAK SEASON

During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday period, expect an additional 1 to 3 business days on top of our standard delivery windows. We recommend ordering early to guarantee delivery before December 25.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If a shipment is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@alexandergolf.com. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. Standard carrier claim processes apply for lost shipments.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double check your delivery address before placing an order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, email info@alexandergolf.com immediately. Address changes are possible only if the order has not yet been picked and packed at the warehouse.
